Fantastic! We sweat like pigs here in Texas in the heat (all year round!) and I always felt groggy next day like I had a hangover from working outside. I usually forget to take them until after I work but I never get that hangover anymore. No groggy feeling the next day. One time I did forget to take any and yes, I had that groggy feeling but I took two that day and felt better later. GET THESE! I hate those nasty drinks that have stevia or other gross tasting ingredients. THIS IS PLAIN! No extra crap added. They even have a little time release, the wax they put in them. I like my water and now I can drink my water, take these EASY to swallow pills (long thin tablets) and I am good to go! Thank you for your wonderful product! I wish I could buy them by the case and sell them. I have been searching for YEARS for something that had everything and yet had none of the ingredients I object to! THIS is it!

My doctor said I needed electrolytes and I'm super picky so I won't drink any of the mixes. I prefer pills, but I don't think these are helping at ALL.

I'm an active runner and endurance athlete and have found these to be very helpful when taken before runs > 10 miles. Before incorporating these, I would often run into cramping issues, especially in the heat and humidity, but this is no longer an issue. I typically take 2-4 (depending upon heat, humidity and expected run intensity) and this has improved my training and get some good runs in, even when it is hot and humid. These seemed to be easily digested, even on a relatively empty stomach as I never had any stomach/intestinal discomfort. I've taken them a few times after long runs to speed recovery and help with the re-hydration process and they seem to help with that too.

They changed the shape of the pills and they are hard to swallow and usually big pills don't bother me. After I do swallow them they do the job and make me feel better. So it's a bittersweet buy.

Prevented me from getting dehydrated or cramping while on a seven day backpacking trip. Great product.

I was looking to find a sustained release salt tablet, and thought I had found my answer. Unfortunately, because of the shape, size, and lack of good coating, I can't get these down.

We had an unusual hot spell here in the Pacific Northwest a few weeks ago, but I was determined not to curtail my running and cycling schedule. I borrowed a few of the Replace tablets that my husband picked up from a running event and gave them a try. Wow! cycling for 12 miles (mostly uphill I might add) in near 90 degrees was unbelievably painless! I hydrated beforehand, took a few of the tablets and then just had one water bottle with me which I only drank half. I felt amazingly strong and even though I was quite sweaty, there was no sign of dehydration. I just stocked up on a bottle of 20 tabs for future use.

These little guys are my new best friends. They do exactly what they are supposed to do, and the pill size is nothing crazy. They are smaller than most multi vitamins that ive tried. Will be stocking up on these for sure
