Crocs Women's Mercy Work Clog | Work Shoes, Nurse Shoes, Chef Shoes

I have tried every shoe imaginable and these are the only ones that allow me to stay on my feet for hours with no pain. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! I wish I had a pair of crocs in every color they make, so I coud wear them all the time, but that's just me being comfort greedy.I am a manager for a very large restaurant chain. It is extremely busy and fast paced. More often than not, once I walk through the door I am on my feet from 8 to 14 hours with no break. I have Degenerative Disc Disease and due to injuries to my feet years prior, I have major pain when I am on them for any length of time. Before finding these shoes, I would literally ( Yes, I do mean literally) have to crawl into my house because my feet hurt so bad. The muscles in my back and over my ribs would spasm to the point that I would almost cry because of the pain. Once I did get into the house and sat for a couple of hours, I would have horrible cramping in my calf muscles and feet. When I would go to bed I couldn't find any position where my back didn't cramp. Since finding these shoes, all of that has stopped. I can work a long shift and at the end my feet and back don't hurt and no muscle spasms. I am 50 years old and can easily keep up with those that are 30 years younger.These do run a little large. I wear an 8.5 so I ordered an 8 in these and they fit really well. When you first get them, they may feel hard and a little tight. You may think they aren't going to be comfortable. However, once you wear them they actually will conform to your foot (This doesn't take long at all). They feel really comfortable and the slip resistant sole is fantastic. I walk through standing water and spills all the time and have yet to slip. Unlike many types of slip resistant soles they don't grab onto the floor making you trip. I would advise though that you wear a form fitting sock. My only complaint is that they aren't fuzzy sock friendly. Due to the massaging nubs inside, they have a tendency, if not wearing a form fitting sock to pull the socks tight to the toes as you slide your foot in. They are a very attractive shoe and are not bulky looking. They clean up beautifully with a damp cloth.

These shoes are so amazing!!! VERY comfortable. My shoe size is 7.5, so I got a 7 since it said to size down, but I think maybe the 8 would’ve been better for me. There is slight rubbing on my heels which made them sore, but no blisters!! Amazing for slip resistance! I’m sure like all crocs, they’ll be perfect once they’re worn in.

The shoe fits a little tighter than I expected when I wear the strap, but overall, it’s pretty comfortable for a work shoe.

These clogs are waterproof, will offer no ventilation, for low arches and narrow feet, provides cushion, will have the heel strap easily come out or snap, are easy to put on, and will last for a few months overall. These are lightweight and decent at slip resistance, have a higher chance of rolling your ankles.The strap is definitely flawed, but the rest of the shoe will last a lot longer.

i wear these mercy croc clogs everyday for work.i also wear them when i am not at work because they are the most comfortable shoes ever for me..they fit as expected. sometimes they get a little hot after many hours because no holes for ventilation as seen in other styles but i just kick them off a bit while i am on my break or lunch if i need to... its a small price to pay for comfortable shoes to wear all day that my work wont complain about.they do not allow crocs with holes . also this style seems to hold up better than my other style crocs did...the others i use to have to replace every year because the bottoms would be completely worn down and slippery... but i have a pair of the mercy clogs i have been wearing going on 3 years now with everyday use and still bottoms are not worn down...i bought this backup pair last year to have on hand just incase. sometimes i just cant find them getting ready for work in the mornings.so with 2 pair the odds will be pretty low that i will be late due to lost shoes..will continue to buy more as needed in the future.

I am a restaurant server and am on my feet for long periods of time. I have been struggling with plantar fascitis for quite a while and have tried multiple different types of shoes. I needed something that was also slip resistant. These shoes have made a definite improvement in how my feet feel at the end of the shift. The problem is not gone, but it is at least getting better. The only problem I had was finding the right size. I where a 9.5 and ending up going with a size 9 , but it is still too big. I tried going to a size 8, but they were too small. So I kept the size 9 and wear two pairs of socks. If they made half sizes it would probably be a great fit. So my suggestion is to order a size down and hope that they work for you.

I wear size 9-1/2 shoe size. Because Crocs only come in full sizes, I buy the size 9. They fit ok but my toes still rub against the toe of the Croc. When I saw Women's work clog I thought I give them a try and they are so very comfortable. In fact I wear the strap to help secure them on my feet. If you are a person who loves the Crocs and wear the half sizes, I would highly recommend these. And they're made so the toe of the foot is rounded which means my foot doesn't look like I'm wearing a gigantic shoe.These are really very nice and I highly recommend them.

They are good, just a little wide for me.
