super bold pens
I don't know of any pens bolder than this (1.6mm ball point). These seem to be similar to the Bic Velocity 1.6mm pens but in a simpler, less expensive, non-retractable body style. The blue color is exceptionally smooth, but most other colors in this set seem to be not quite so smooth. This seems to be the case in other brands of pens too - the brighter colors are usually not as smooth as the regular blue, I don't know why. When new, these come with a small drop of rubbery/plastic sealant on the tip to keep it from leaking or drying out before you first use it (see my review pic). Just peel it off before using.
