The product excellent

I have tired many pre-workouts and this product beats them all by far. The days I train late I use half a scoop in my water bottle while training and it might be just the flavour but it helps me push through some extra reps. I normally take a shot of this with water on a empty stomach before my workout, to wake me up as I train early in the mornings. With the box lasting more than a month you can get yourself a bargain!

this product does work but it doesn't taste anywhere near as nice as the TNT Pre workout shots. I bought to save money but you really need to mix it with squash and not just water, as the taste is horrible.

I personally have very high caffein tolerance and this product definitely works. The beta-alanine also gave that nice tingling, unlike other products that make your skin very itchy

As far as the item goes I highly recommend. However disappointed in how I received it. Clearly been sat and dried out for some time.

Tastes is very meh and for a 350mg caffeine hit you really don’t feel like it’s 350mg. But it’s cheap and will kinda get you through an early morning workout but without any wow factor.

Good caffeine content when needed. I dry scoop and am not too bothered by the flavour but this is a good pre workout for when you need high caffeine dose

I tried the Pineapple flavour and I found it disgusting. It tastes like trying to remember the taste of pineapple while gargling antiseptic mouthwash.Apart from that, pretty good pre
