this is a review for 1 out of 2 boxes i purchased
I have only put one of these together so may revise this review after I am done with the second one.pros: great materials and looks more expensive than twenty something dollars. was given more screws and plastic washers which is a pleasant surprise. once put together it feels sturdy and looks nicecons: takes some time to put together, like do it when you aren’t stressed out or not in a hurry bc there are a lot of screws to line up properly and put togetherother things to consider:took me a while to put together bc you have to be careful not to scratch the acrylic with your tools. i placed a small towel over the acrylic to avoid damaging.bc the bamboo is not super thick (it’s thick and sturdy enough to hold items, it’s just not thick thick) you have to make sure you are screwing it into place very straight which is what took the most time, having to unscrew when it starts to go at an angle to rescrew the screws. you have to be careful so the screws don’t pierce through the bamboo at an angle.Of course they could have manufactured the bamboo several mm thicker but then the product would be in the 35-40 range. bc it’s on the more affordable side, you have to put in the muscle and put it together with patience and carebefore assembling take note that the acrylic pieces have beveled edges on one side and purely flat side, my assumption is that the beveled side is to be on the outside but it depends on what you desire I guess. I have two crates so I want to make sure that I put it together so the acrylic exteriors match bc that will bug me even if no one can see this lol but make sure you pay attention to this as it will be a pain to undo after.

Vinyl Storage
Assembly required. After the assembly, these crates look great. They hold several of our vinyl records. I bought 2 crates and these are look great on our shelf. I like how you can see the vinyl at the front of the crate (you need to peel off the film)

Looks great. Some assembly.
This needs to be put together, was a little tricky but overall looks great. Now put together seems study. There is solid storage capacity, able to fit many records. This is a great value for your money as there are a lot of similar items on the market.

Very Pleased. Better than Expected.
Very easy to assemble if you can turn a screwdriver. Follow the instructions. Use a manual screwdriver so you don't overtighten the and crack the acrylic. Looks great, sturdy, well engineered. I was impressed with the packaging. Securely packaged with minimal packaging materials. Recommended.

Nicer than I expected
The quality of the wood and acrylic is quite good. You can see in my photos the acrylic is beveled so there are no sharp edges to cut you while you fish for records. Lining up the holes on the final piece during assembly takes a little finagling, but it's not difficult and when the box is complete it is very sturdy.Vinyl LPs will only fit facing the acrylic, the box isn't square so you can't store them the other way. There is 3/4" of space on the sides of the box when filled with records. Not quite enough to get your fingers in on both sides, but this is a minor quibble. I was able to pick up and carry nevertheless (although quite heavy when full!).Space for 65 records is advertised, but I was only able to fit 54. Half of these were gatefold double albums which I counted twice. Maybe if you squeezed you could get 57 or 58 in, but that's no way to treat your records. I'll be buying another one of these. It's not cheap, but it's nice enough to warrant the price.

Had some flaws….
It’s made with really good material. However the bottom and one side of wood panels were warped causing one to crack as I was screwing in the screw, as shown in the picture. And the bottom was slightly warped causing it to not be flat. Probably in the near future the crack will break the wood completely. The acrylics were thick and sturdy, however I did noticed an imperfection in mine. I thought it was a crack from shipping but when I touched it, I realized it was a mosquito that found it’s way into the acrylic. So now I have an imprint of a mosquito. All around I guess it’s neither amazing nor horrible but probably not worth $36 if it’s gonna include warped wood and imperfections in the acrylic.

Nice aesthetic storage
The storage box is a great size and fits standard size LPs. It was super easy to assemble as well. I have about 10 standard LPs (and some 7s) and i would say it could definitely fit up to 40 easily.
