I have been using this for a week and a half now as a backdrop for photos of sporting goods to post online. It is very nice crisp bright wipe with no wrinkles or ripples. And best of all, it cleans beautifully. So far, every smudge has wiped off completely with just water and clean towel. Even ice skates haven’t left a mark. Only negative is that it is a bit statically so attracts some dust and fuzz. But that also just wipes off with a rag so not really a problem. So much better than the paper and cloth backdrops I have tried previously.

After using the Selens' white PVC backdrop for a product photography session this past wee, we were impressed with final creative outcome! Excellent value, wrinkle-free resistance, and ease of assembly make it a totally win for our agency.

Good product. Does what it's designed for

This product was a complete waste of money. After pruchasing it twice because I thought the first time was a coincidence with the flaws, I now realize that it is the absolutely worst purchase I made on Amazon. The material warps really bad. I had to make slices in it to reduce the warping. When shooting small items, the crystal-like grain of the material is bold and distracting to the image. Both purchases contain deep embedded stains/speckled spots everywhere. If I was shooting large object the spos would not be a problem but shooting hundreds of small items weekly and having to edit out the sponts on every image is a disaster in the making. I just scrapped the 2 backgrounds and through them in the garbage. The seller probably does not care since they sell these fairly cheap so I was not interested in a dispute. I just wished it was a better product,

Perfect! Highly recommended! It’s easy to clean and no wrinkles because it’s plastic Vinyl. Matte on one side and glossy at the back side. perfect for shooting food like sandwiches or burgers direct into it because you can easily wipe the oil or water, it’s totally better than the paper backdrop!

The product looked promising and it does look great, however, the amount of time and effort to unroll it is not worth it for me. I rather buy a roll of paper or frosted Plexi, which I did. The manufacturer says to put it in 80C/176F water and it will soften the plastic. So give most residential water heaters, if you are lucky can only reach 170F at most, doesn't help. That is the temperature your dishwasher runs the sanitation cycle at! I even tried the reverse roll and heat gun which eventually worked, but the amount of time and effort is no match for pulling a clean sheet of paper and putting Plex on top.
