Tart Pan Black Carbon Steel, Non-Stick Quiche Pan, Tart Pan 9 inch removable bottom and 10 Baking Parchments-Oven and Dishwasher Safe

I ordered these for my mom and she loves them. Makes a delicious tart!!

These are shallow tart pans, but I suppose by definition they normally are? I don't do a ton of baking but these measured up. I particularly liked how easy it was to remove the quiche I had made once baked. I saw one reviewer noted they tried to cook something in the pans that was not lined, and the liquid they put in spilled out. I can well imagine that would be true as the removable bottoms are not secured in any way to the pan. But if you're cooking in these with a crust, I had no problems.

This item is a little warped and doesn't sit flat on a surface. A bit disappointed, but I kept it.

I made a cherry sugar cookie tart for a little get together. It came out of the pan super easy, and looked very cute!

I bought this pan because I wanted to make the giant Reese’s peanut butter cup. The pan with removable bottom (and a dozen parchment paper squares) is perfect.I look forward to making quiche pies and fruit tarts. It’s an extremely non stick, nice quality pan, not flimsy. I’m happy with my purchase 👍

When I unpacked this tart pan, it looked small, but it measured exactly 9". The tart I made baked evenly, and even though the filling was a sticky, nutty concoction, removing the sides and the bottom of the pan was easy. The bottom fits very loosely, so I don't know how well the pan would work with a runny filling, but for gooey and sticky, it is a champion. I am very happy I bought this pan.

I especially like the parchment paper that came with the tart pan. I just used the parchment to lift out a perfect tart.
