HP 17.3” Full HD Laptop
This laptop was an excellent purchase; I really like the 17.3-inch screen. I was so pleased with it that I bought another one for my daughter.

Good value for money but not easy to set up unless you are familiar with MS Windows.
We have used windows for many years. Even so, setting up this device to our requirements has taken several hours. There are lot of apps on it which need deleting because they are irrelevant to our needs. The email app does not work or will not set up with BT Internet. However we as a family have a subscription to MS Office, and we have had no trouble installing our subscription of MS Office. The Outlook app works great for email.

Not as good as the Old HP
Problems with cursor sticking. hardware failure and internet connection failure from the laptop settings. Main issue I have is that I purchased the laptop in January 2022 and have just received a warranty expiry notice for May 2022. On the HP website it shows a years warranty. Really concerned as these laptops are now remotely diagnosed so no doubt if HP want the item to have ongoing problems they could arrange it.Unless Amazon or HP do something i doubt i will buy HP ever again. Amazon support were useless and advised me to telephone HP. 2 hours later I put the phone down.

Not Good For Design & Photography Software / Large Screen, Vibrant Colours
I bought this laptop nearly two weeks ago, and I have been using the product for my visual arts and 3D digital design projects. Unfortunately, it is not a good choice for design + photography work. I am using design software like Rhino 3D, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Nik Collection (for HDR photo editing work etc.), and the computer is too slow while working. So many times, its screen crashed while working on Adobe Photoshop. I lost a lot of work after working for a couple of hours! And, while working on Nik Collection, it is super slow even during uploading/opening only one digital photograph (a normal-size jpeg file). It takes too much time to save as an edited image/visual from Adobe software or Nik. In short, it is not a good computer for any design or photography programme/software. By the way, its RAM is not sufficient for photography editing programmes as while editing a visual work, Adobe Photoshop says "Your RAM is not enough and you cannot save your work.". Several times, I could NOT save my edited work and I had to turn off the laptop and restart it again. It's really annoying and it wastes your time...Another disturbing thing: While working on Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign, if you are listening to music, the laptop gives an error and your music stops suddenly and it plays some disturbing noise.Additionally, its touchpad is not working sometimes. I have no idea why this has been happening...If you are going to buy this just for Internet browsing or streaming movies etc., then it's good, but if you intend to use some Adobe or any 3d software, then look for another laptop. The screen is really large, has vibrant and bright colours, and it's good to watch some stuff.
