Excellent customer service
I ordered this mouse pad, and although Amazon said it was delivered, I never received it. I reached out to their customer service through the Amazon app and they had a new one shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 48 hours.Product is great quality!! Love it.

Slightly cheap feeling
While the logo was even and looked clean, the top is a firm, slick, plastic material which I didn't expect. It was also slightly smaller than I expected, but that could have been an oversight by me. If you like a firmer, slicker topped mouse pad then it looked good. Also fyi, too small for gaming.

Thinner than old school mouse pads & works great!
Perfect for home or travel. The mouse pad is very thin, which helps if you are an overzealous mover because if it slides off the pad, it's not as bad as with a thicker pad. Given as a gift & he loved it!
