Works well and easy to assemble. Foldable and compact and easy to assemble. Very sturdy, even on carpet floors. Great for home gyms!

This bench is not too bad at all. It feels sturdy for the overall build quality. The incline options are really good to, as you can see it does decline back all the way too. The loops at the bottom to attach resistance bands is a good feature, however they are located right underneath where your feet sit, so can be annoying. To counter that, the bottom leg support can be changed in height which is quite handy. I am not a massive gym bod or anything, my overall opinion is its a good bench for home gym as it does fold up. Doing sit ups on it does feel slightly shaky so that is why it gets 4 stars, plus the loops for the resistance bands is a minus. Functions well and the padding isn't too bad either. Fair price.

I weigh 85kg and I use this for dumbbell workouts with no issues. It's good for flat, incline, and decline bench press. I've tested it to about 50kg. I can place a hand on it whilst doing bent over dumbbell rows and it doesn't tip, move or collapse. I also use it for flat and decline situps. I didn't have any problems with assembly. The quality is very good given the price. I don't really use the resistance bands but it's nice to have the option. They are a bit long, but I could just tie a knot in them to shorten them. Overall, I'm impressed 😎

Had the bench over a year outside, great quality, will last a lifetime.

This product was very good in the fact it was multifunctional and when delivered it was built already! But it was a bit weak, you see if I was to put any pressure on the end of it it would collapse inwards making it unstable and it's quite unstable overall but it is very good for multipurpose if you're not using a lot of weight it's very good for lower weight bench press dumbbell press and sit-ups I would recommend to an extent, I think it was good.

great bench, really solid.very happy with mine.had and used daily for 3 months now and no issues.tho tbh I've got no idea what the bungee straps are for and tbh they seem like crap but the rest of it is solid
