Ok. Not great
Wonderful colors and types of food are represented in the lot. However, the quality of the plastic used in these is very very thin. I accidentally stepped on chicken wing and flattened it to a pancake. I slipped on an apple and turned it into a crepe. I kneeled on a bunch of grapes and now they look like an ugly purple cookie. Now all of my kids’ toy food looks like ABC gum and Savoury Turnovers. These things are delicate, but fun while that last.

There are better sets out there.
First of all, I like the fact that this set comes with a basket for all of the toys. This is very handy for storage. Also, the plastic food is made of sturdy plastic, which keeps it from getting smashed. This set is mostly vegetables and fruits. It might be great for vegan families, lol.The boxes are paper, however, so they aren't going to last long at all. Also, the fruits and veggies are all just one color each, which doesn't make them very realistic looking. I bought another set that has painted details on the food, and the boxes are made out of durable plastic. Also, the set includes more varied foods like ice cream, pretzels, spaghetti, and other things that kids eat and are familiar with.. The other set does not come with a basket. I went to the Dollar Store and bought one cheap, and the food fits in it perfectly.

Very disappointed.
On item there is a tag that says: "Set includes: cans, boxes, cauliflower, carrot, banana, corn, chicken, pear, french fries, egg, orange, lemon, watermelon, pepper, pizza, pie, strawberry, grapes, pineapple, and lots more!" I specifically bought this set because of what was pictured and it said it came with to use as teaching aids in teaching vocabulary to ELLs, but it doesn't have what it states in it. Out of the items listed as included, I did not receive cauliflower, french fries, watermelon, pizza, pie, or pineapple, which were some of the ones I really needed to show vocabulary. I did receive several strawberries and some unidentifiable items. What is "milk tea"? I expected items that were more familiar. Very disappointed. Click n' Play 33 Pc. Great gift for any cooking kiddo.
4 stars instead of 5 since the product was not as pictured. The picture shows - pizza, french fries, a while chicken, red and green peppers, and all the canned and boxed foods are not included in the basket. The names on the box and cans were changed - black pepper sauce, powder milk, etc. the colors are vibrant and the basket is exactly as pictured. The packaging was secure for a gift - a plastic lid zip tying it to the basket and then covered in a clear plastic wrap to keep the items clean. My son is 2 and he loved this gift. He had me sit with him and identify every item individually. He proceeded to cry when I would not allow him to bring the whole basket full with us on our errands today. They are hollow plastic with a single hole for ventilation - this is helpful when your little decides he may want to taste each item and bite it.All in all I'd buy again once the boxes and fruit start dying on us, especially for the price. Let's face it...all toys die unless made with metal...

Only set of play food necessary for toy kitchens
Purchased this play food for the kids' Christmas kitchenette. I probably should have waited until their birthday to buy them the kitchenette, but I mistakenly believed it for Christmas when large toys are their most expensive. Regardless, you can't have the kitchen without the food, so I purchased this set because it was the least costly set available. I'm so glad I bought this set instead of one of the others. It has enough pieces to round out the utensils that accompany the kitchen, but it's also just enough to entertain the kids without cleaning up a million pieces of plastic food once playtime is over.
