How terrific is Midnight & Moon by Kelly Cooper? Pretty darn terrific. Illustrated by the super talented and prolific Daniel Miyares. I don't know how he creates the warmest artwork time and again. This book is a dream. Especially if you love horses. Check out the surprise under the dustjacket. It doesn't get more awesome than that. One of my favorite books of the year.
