Lovely product!
I used this in a suadero beef taco dish and it really brought that umami flavour. Also great as part of a marinade for Korean cut short ribs 😋

Expensive but very good quality and I love the pouch format
This is a lovely miso paste and I actually prefer this pouch over my usual jar as I can just squeeze out the amount that I need.This miso paste is around three times more expensive than the miso I usually buy, however, I think it is much higher quality.

This miso paste is lovely. It has a strong salty flavour that goes wonderfully in a miso ramen broth or just as a miso soup. I thought the pouch might be annoying but it's actually a nice way to dispense just as much as you need.

Nice miso, but far too expensive! 😳
This is a packet of 300g of shinshu miso paste. It comes in a plastic pouch with a spout that you squeeze the miso through.The miso is good quality and it tastes good.However, it is far too expensive for what it is. It is currently £10.99. You can get 300g of shinshu miso for less than half that price and in a glass jar too. I wouldnt buy this one for this price. 😳
