The pods are fragrant and very green, very good quality. I add it to my coffee when I brew it in my Moka and it’s delicious! This is e great bargain for the amount of cardamom and the quality.

I use cardamon to make chai. I buy in bulk. This is the best value I can find.

This is literally the best cardamom I have ordered and used, bar none. It is pungent, flavorful, and abundant. I use this mostly in coffee, Turkish or otherwise, but works well in cooking and in spicing, believe it or not, yogurt.As a tip, do not grind the pods if you can help it, they add a bitter flavor I don't care for. Try pounding fairly gently in a mortar, removing the pods, and then grinding the seeds. There will be sufficient oil to leave your mortar smelling great, which adds to the kitchen doing the same for a few hours.I am rarely this pleased with a product.Disclaimer: These reviews are written in Word and pasted to Amazon.
