I am not going to go into every benefit of this supplement, do your own research and you will be pretty amazed.The condition I would recommend it for is Diabetes. Berberine has been used for 1000's of years in Chinese medicine to help clean the liver and reduce insulin intolerance. Berberine will help Type 2 Diabetes. It has anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory effects and so it can ease stomach issues, as well as insulin problems. A side effect is that it can also reduce cholesterol. So if you suffer from T2D, this supplement will help you. It is important to note that not all so-called Berberine products work. I bought some from another source which had no effect. Berberine HCI is what you want and this product gives you just that. It works very well. If you have any kind of neuropathy from diabetes, taking this and Alpha Lipoic Acid can also help with the nerve damage.Overall, this is a super product and it contains a source of berberine that works. I am happy to recommend it.

The coating and ingredients are vegan friendly, which is a bonus.The serving size is stated as 1 per day, which is good news because the bottle is fairly pricey. 2 months supply for this price seems reasonable though.I haven't experienced any side-effects, which might be an advantage over metformin for some users.As this is more of a preventative measure rather than used to address any specific symptoms and it's used in combination with inositol it's hard to say what effect it's having on my body. But I've been feeling pretty good, so it certainly isn't harming me.
