2nd time is the last one
I ordered the strawberry cover one; the second time I've ordered a Ban.Do planner from Amazon. Both times shipped and delivered not in original packaging with noticeable damage - and in this case, can't request a replacement because it's no longer available, so I'm SOL.While I'm a long-term fan of this brand in general and have quite positive experiences with the company's customer service directly through their website, I feel like the planners/agendas don't deliver the bright, vibrant and positive punch that I want them to anymore.A lot of the artwork is either inconsistent, dull, boring - or, in the case of September 2022 in these planners, completely tone-deaf when it comes to changing social situations in the world we live in. To me, it feels like there's so many different attempts that it doesn't come together; though I fully admit that it might be at least in part due to my personal style/esthetic.The quality of the covers and paper continue to be great and durable, which is a massive plus. While some of them may be a bit controversial at times, I also really love the stickers - though they can be difficult to remove without damaging them because they're often not properly cut.But the binding is way too tight, so that you have to break the spine in multiple places to even be able to write in it at all - and it doesn't lay flat. It also seems to me like the pages are either too narrow/short and/or printed in such a way that you end up losing part of a design/print/writing space because of it - so in some areas it ends up not only looking botched but also totally diminishes the usefulness, if not completely making it unusable unless you have tiny, neat handwriting or don't care either way.Bottom line: increasing quality control issues, inadequate packaging that don't prevent damage to the planners before you even get the chance to use it, and covers often have little to no relation to the questionable, inconsistent "artwork" inside. I full admit I have somewhat specific and probably demanding expectations of my planners, so these are probably much less frustrating to others. I just wish the company would actually make them better. :(

Perfect planner
This is my third 17 month planner from Ban.do. I highly recommend their products. The 17 month is my favorite because it is hard bound, has fun stickers, a monthly layout, & daily layout for writing notes. I absolutely love these 17 month planners.

Bought this for the upcoming semester and it is such a good planner. It's well made, very structurally sound, comes with all sorts of stickers and amenities to keep it fun and organized. So so so cute and worth the money!

a great basic planner for beginners
this is my second planner from this brand and i absolutely love it. my first one held up incredibly well and definitely did it’s job. the pages didn’t tear or begin to fall out, the spine stayed together. it’s also great for beginners or someone who just wants something basic like i do. simple, gorgeous, and well made. 10/10!
