Seeing diverse populations in children’s literature, pictures displayed, needs to become the norm, not the exception. In these cards, they failed to include any other race but White. Kids want to see themselves. But if you never see yourself in a picture, what does that tell you about how you are valued? You’re not. I need this cards REMADE AND culturally neutra!!!

So much easier than making a schedule with Boardmaker ever was. The photos are good and very plentiful covering a wide variety of daily living , school , and places items. Sturdier than most homemade boards, it saves hours of time ( I know because as a speech-language pathologist I made plenty). I also like the mini “first-then “ board. Save time and only make pictures for any missing items. The only caveat is that if using for a preschooler you may still want to break down activities further by making your own job specific pictures like sorting, counting fine motor etc. . Overall a great product.

This has been a lifesaving chart especially with our third quarantine. It’s helps my toddlers know what’s next and what to expect for the day. I break it apart to morning and evening activities. They help and can easily see the choices and activities. My youngest has a really tough time with transitions and this has helped. We plan the activities so when it’s naptime, i can reason with the flowchart. They even come to me and tell me that they haven’t brushed their teeth or washed their hands.We do not used all the pictures but I can seriously use it as they grow up. So many options to utilize

I was expecting this to be a lot bigger based on the pictures. My toddlers didn’t really like it. I was hoping it would be big enough to refer back to it throughout the day as we did chores, activities etc but they just wanted to pull off the small Velcro squares and throw them! I think this would be great for older kids who like routines and schedules, not for young busy toddlers. I did love that it has various different categories (house Chores, homework, outings, self care) all that was great, just way too small.

Absolutely amazing schedule kit! We started using it immediately after we got it and it’s wonderful! I’ve tried to make my own more than once and it’s just a hassle and was never put together so well and nearly as functional as this one- this is perfect for my daughter and it’s beautifully made, great attention to detail and well put together. The best part is that the cards are made out plastic and with so many picture cards to choose from; you will always have something to keep the kids busy. It also comes with 5 extra blank cards to custom my own pictures and the strong magnetic strip to put on the fridge is a plus!!!!. Thank you so much!
