This chainsaw worked better than I thought it would. My husband was able to cut through a thick pine branch that someone threw in our yard. Putting it together was a challenge though instructions are not super clear but there is a video on YouTube of a review guy with a simpliar chainsaw that was VERY helpful.

Used this saw for 2 hours to cut 18" stumps. Ran very well. Must use 1:20 oil to gas mix. The plastic housing doesn't feel sturdy but for my use this is a good saw .Now have used this 62cc 20" chinese chainsaw for 2 tankfulls of 1:20 gas oil. Have cut green cherry and walnut trees. Though the trigger has a catch in it, this saw has paid for itself. Chain has surprisingly remained sharp. If you need an occasional saw for farm this saw is a good deal. Use TLC pulling choke knob in that it is weak plastic. would buy again.

fairly easy assembly, just different than the saws i have used in the past. i just received it and only used it for 15 minutes, but it made very quick work of the sizable tree. i don't know how the quality will be in the in the long term, but first impression: this saw is just as good as one twicw the price.

BE AWARE!! I bought this chainsaw instead of a cheaper brand on amazon thinking it would be somewhat decent quality. I didn't purchase protection plan and I didn't read carefully there is no refund for this product.THEN WHAT??? I used this once and second time I tried to start up, the pull to start the motor came right off!!! Now I am girl so I couldn't have pull it that hard...I tried to open it and and roll it back onto the pully and it does not push and pull to start the motor. No phone support online to contact them, just in the manual, you have outlook email to contact them.What a headache I got myself into...and no one turn to.With this type of product I realize it's better to deal with Home depot or Lowe's as you would have no issue when this type of disaster occurs, Bad $145 mistake I have made OUCH!!!

The saw runs great right out of the box. Make sure you mix the gas according to the instructions and fire it up. I definitely would buy again.Well this is just over a year later and I still like this saw. I keep a separate jug for the gas (20:1). Used it to cut firewood and even ripped a few short logs into planks. The trigger has started to stick sometimes but a little sanding fixed that. This is a great saw for the money.

Worked real good until the blade adjustment screw broke.

Make sure you know your equipment and how it works, or you can easily mess it up. Quality great power stong , noise not so loud , sharpness great .

I really like the product for the price.Unfortunately I have contacted the sell and still have not gotten a response.The product has a 2 yr. warranty from the manufacturer, however, if you can't get a response the warranty doesn't do any good. I've used the saw several times, but now the oil is not lubricating the blade - therefore it does cause the chain to get very hot to the point of smoking.I've tried to contact the seller without any success - the oil pump or oil port is not working.Would have been nice to have a manual and to know the specifics about the chain and the replace model of the chain.
