Good bed overall
I bought the queen size bed around 42k in Sep-oct 21, the build quality of the bed is very good, I have faith in the Rajasthani vendors for sheesham wood furniture and it proved good this time too.The seller Ankush has been very helpful in doing some minor customization that I asked and helping the Carpenters assemble the bed.Only thing that could have been better is the width of the ply that came along with bed, had it been a little more thicker it would have been all round sturdy bed.

Worst customer support, had to wait for 4 months for proper installation
Ply is too thin that it bends and makes sound, it took them more than 4 months for proper installation after 100s of follow ups

Product is worthy to buy
Wooden used is good but ply is little bit thin as per requirement and there is little compromise in the finishing. But the best part is the packaging is so sturdy that no damage was there on the product.

Iron frame is conveniently changed with wooden plank
Picture has iron frame under ply attached to hydraulic whereas the actual bed is on support of 4 thin wooden planks on edges only. I doubt the sturdiness now. Clear case of cheating. Refren Purchase from SS. You will not get any support from the seller.

Good head design but overall average
Cons:1.Delayed delivery2.Dealyed fulfilment of assembly3.Damaged ply during delivery4.Ply is of average quality. It's door quality, not supposed to hold lots of weight and pressure.5.Frequent sound when doing any movement on bed. Feels like used bed.6.Play alignment is not proper. And there is no clear instructions for assembling hydraulic storage.7.Looks like head board back side is made of ply not wood.Pros:1.Attractive head board design and storage.2.overall weight is good.3.wood part looks strong.4.Polite behavior of seller whenever contacted. But somehow he is not able to fullfil his promise5.Design is as per picture
