Worst product ever
Absolutely useless product. I received one and it didn't work and it was a used one, so I made a replacement order. Well, the 2nd one is even worse, the hdmi socket in kinda being separated from the converter when pulling out hdmi cable. Worst product ever. Never buy this one.

I am giving this a 5 star, even though my computer does not support it, (its perfectly fine tho, just not supported in my rtx 2060) because of their excellent customer service, as they returned the product as soon as i demanded it!!
