An excellent white port - not too sweet, not too dry.
As the heading suggests, a well-balanced drink. It is extremely palatable and takes Port into new areas of texture and flavour. My only concern is that 'the powers' will increase prices based on popularity and take it from the hands of those that enjoy a good Port!!
