Its easy to hydrate, and you can use it straight out of the package for a Dump Cake (I use about a cup, cup and a quarter of Peach Nectar for the canned syrup that comes in a can of peaches) and as we say down South, it makes perfectly! I think the flavor is more intense with the use of Peach Nectar and Dried Peaches.

Some were hard to chew because of how they were cut.

Awful. Don't waste your money. They taste nothing like peaches, instead, they taste like something that no one should eat. I suspect that it's a whole lot of sulfur dioxide. I just tossed them in the trash. These cannot be good for anyone to eat. Wretched smell and taste.

Perfectly dried, chewy and flavorful pear slices. I would definitely buy again.

I purchased this as a surprise gift for my son - just one of those Mom things I like to do. He did find the fruit very good. Handy snack and good for those packed lunches.
