Better than I expected
Honestly I am impressed by the performance of this device. I was ready to settle for some latency issues or screen stuttering but to my pleasant suprise this device works great. Easy to set up, reliable video quality, would recommend.

Just what I needed.
I purchased this wireless HDMI unit to send the 1080p output of the cable box in my den to a TV in our guest bedroom. My remote control is a RF type so it works from the spare bedroom. Now I can watch all of the recorded programs, etc. from the den cable box in the guest room without needing to rent a another box. The distance is about 40ft. and it works just fine. I have not used this for any 4K content so I can't say how that works. I had some issues with the first unit I received but the Urgod customer service diagnosed the problem and sent me a replacement which worked perfectly.

Stopped working in 2 months and 4 uses
Purchased the transmitter to use while on the road with my laptop, wanted to eliminate long bulky cables. While the packaging and units seem to be very well built and professionally packed. Both the transmitter and receiver have to have their own power supply and cord. This task can be a little cumbersome with two power cords and adaptors. The USB-C connections are easy to use and better then a Micro USB plug, but still messing with a lot of cords and adaptors. Would be great if transmitter (part for computer) was powered off HDMI or usb port. vs an extra plug in adaptor.Once hooked up the unit did work and ran great even tried a few video games and movies on it and did not see any delay in the streaming of content or quality from laptop to TV. This review would have been a 4 star review if the product did not stop working after 4 uses and two months time.It is hard to say if my unit was just a bad unit or if this is an issue with the product lifespan, But for the price and todays electronics one would expect the transmitter to last a long time.Pros: great picture quality, transmission speed, nicely packaged. CONS: Stopped working in 2 months 4 uses. Lots of cables and power supplies needed, Price for 4 uses and two month lifespan

No wire/cable between TV and computer
I bought this HDMI transmitter and receiver to connect my laptop with TV for teaching a few kids on Python . They watch TV while I demonstrate Python programming on the computer. I want to provide more room for kids but don't want them to trip over a long HDMI cable. This HDMI pair is very easy to setup: connect the box (HDMI receiver) with TV via a HDMI cable (provided), the Box can take power from TV USB connector or wall DC adapter; On the computer side, plug the pad (HDMI transmitter) to the computer HDMI output. No extra setup is required, no any wire between TV and computer. Then the computer screen is projected to TV. The resolution is high resolution and picture quality is good. For curiosity, I also tried to mirror my iPhone to TV, it is also easy and utilize phone' WIFI, no need the HDMI transmitter

Great but..............
I run a karaoke dj service. THis appears to only work on smart TVs. Which is ok. I use it with a HDMI switch as I use two laptops during an event and one end of this transmitter plugs into my switch and the other end(receiver) plugs into a smart TV and it works fine.

Update: does not really support fast action or sports
First off i own 2 of these and i have the same problem with both. Both ate no more than 10 feet between transmitter and receiver. Works as long as there is no fast movement on the show you are watching. For instance watching football at 1080p is unbearable.. jumps, skip, jittery. If i change cable box to 720p it improves but still jittery. I have to run an hdmi cable across the floor to watch football or action movies. I originally thought this was a good device but I can no longer recommend it.

Don't game on it.
I bought this to use for a Projector I set up in my living room. Initially it worked great, connected the first time and set up easily. The transmitter is connected to an Nvidia Shield sitting on top of my entertainment center which has LINE OF SIGHT to the receiver , command stripped to the underside of the hanging projector about 20ft away. Watching TV Shows, Movies and Anime all look great and seemed ok. But once I switched over to a Nintendo Switch to play Mario Kart, the video was dropping frames left and right, had tremendous video lag and even lost connection once.Coming back the next day to watch Anime, the transmitter/receiver would not display any video besides the connection guide on startup. I had to power cycle BOTH of them as well as my Nvidia Shield to get the connection back established....I will be returning this and ordering a fiber optic 50ft HDMI cable to run under the rug in the living room instead. Also there is about 5-8ms of delay using this pairing. Nvidia Shield has a function to add an artificial delay to the audio/video signal to compensate for this, but it's TERRIBLE for gaming.Either get an optical HDMI cable and run it sneakily, or a J-Tech branded combo as they've been #1 in the industry for years.
