Do not buy this product unless you want to waste your money
Buyer beware. This product is impossible to use and a complete and utter waste of money. Amazon should not even be selling it, in my view, as the quality is so poor. I had to contact a help desk in China to get an account set up. They took nearly 24 hours to get back to me. I now have an account set up but can't manage to exchange the code for the 365-day transcription service. As a result, I have no idea whether or not the actual recorder records or transcribes accurately. But I sincerely doubt it if the rest of my customer experience is anything to go buy.

Great idea but not that good
This little device on paper should have been great but it's audio is very robotic when playing back. Also it records in a format not supported by almost any software.Luckily I was able to return through Amazon 30 days.

Complete waste of time.... Don't buy
This device depends on pairing via Bluetooth to an Android phone... only it would not pair. So completely useless. The app appeared to work, finds the device but never completes the pairing.

Total fraud! Do not waste your money
No support, cannot link with the app. Total waste of money. Just warning everyone else not to lose your money like i did. Total disappointment

Impossible to use straight out the box. Can’t listen back instantly.
Unhappy with the sound. It’s difficult to understand. Have to install app. Can’t abstract recording as easy as other devices. Generally annoying.
