- It works the best for me to take it first thing in the morning empty stomach.- Since I'm petite, I feel the difference even with just 1 capsule a day.- If I don't consume any caffeinated drinks, I can take 2 or 3 a day.- Haven't had a cold since I started taking it.- I'm much more energetic now that I stopped taking a lot of other supplements.- My skin tone is better since I started taking it.
