The media could not be loaded. I'm revising my previous review and apologize for the 1 star rating. I initially had a difficult time getting it to work properly and was frustrated with it when I wrote the review. I got it to work and I'm pleased! It's a well made tool and I'm glad I made the purchase. Although, I wish it were a bit lighter and it wasn't necessary to remove the battery to charge. Perhaps that's a waterproofing issue. Minor though.

The cook is excellent, but I had to return it because my plans at work changed and I paid 60 dollars for the transfer. Keep in mind that if you want to return the product, you will lose 60 dollars.

I can’t believe I didn’t know about these sooner. Terrific suction and ease to operate. I used them to lay bluestone on an 850’ patio and they made our work much easier.

I ordered 2 suction cups and 1 of them came with a defective battery. However, the seller sent me a new suction cup and it's working properly. I am happy with the product.

I purchased 2 of these and only used one for the first few months and the second one does not work. What do I do out of warranty as of august 28 2022

Was just what I expected

Great product, but the seller described the contents in the package would include 1 seal on product and an extra one, but only included 1 seal. Also was to include a tape measure and a pair of gloves which were not included in the package.
