So I decided to buy this bc my youngest has eczema and he keeps scratching at his head and rubbing his face which is resulting in a rash and waking himself up in the middle of the night. He also likes to be swaddled but at 5 months he is getting too big for that. The first night we got it I tried it and was pretty happy. He looked comfortable, it's lightweight but I could tell he was nice and warm. This will work great for the spring and summer months. He also slept really good in it only woke to eat so huge win in my book.The only thing I am disappointed in is the colors. This is super minor and we will continue to use it but It isn't as gender neutral as I would like. It's an adorable design but there is a lot of pink. My pictures don't do it justice it's like the orange is more of a coral pink. Again super minor just wish it had more greens, yellows, and true orange.

I bought this as a new mom desperate to get her baby out of the swaddle. My son rubs his face so much when he’s tired to the point he will wake himself up. I was hoping this would limit his arms enough to not rub his face but not too much that if he rolled over - he couldn’t move. According to the chart he was right between a medium and a large , so to err on the side of caution i got him the large, figuring he would grow into it in a month or so. This thing came down to my knees when it came in. It was enormous, you could fit a toddler in it! I returned for a medium and it it still is too large for him. He constantly is getting his arms out of the arm holes and bringing them up to his face- which bunches the material to his face. This is what i saw on the baby monitor the other nightPlease size down at least 2 sizes when ordering. I do like the product, maybe it will work better in another size down because the recommended size is absolutely not correct

We love zipadeezip and this one is no exception. Really soft fabric. Just warm enough with jammies for moderately cold nights. The comfort with the slight arm restriction combined with the ease of use for rolling babies makes me so confident in using this all night. Baby has slept great since transitioning from swaddle. Highly recommend!

We transitioned out of swaddles around 8-9 weeks old, and started by wearing the zippadee zip only for naps, then after a few days we transitioned to using it at night too. It only took her a few nights to sleep just as well as when swaddled. Now her sleep sack is part of her bedtime routine, and she grins when I zip up the top. At 5 months old, she sleeps through the night and is a great napper, too. She loves to suck on her hands in these, and they give her freedom of movement.The fabric gives her a thin layer of warmth, but isn’t too hot for the summer in our house. Only negative is that the sizes are confusing. At 2-3 months old, she was in the smallest size of these. At 4 months she moved up, and we are about to buy more of them! Pricey, but worth it for the good sleep.

I am a first time grandmother and want to shout out to the world about zippity zips! It’s rare that you find a product that actually lives up to their claims. I babysit my 6 month old grandson 3-4 days a week. We swaddled him as a new born, and this is the perfect transition piece. He naps so restfully and falls asleep quickly when wearing this. When he’s not in it at nap time or bedtime, he fusses for at least 20 minutes before settling down. With his zippity zip on, he’s asleep in minutes with no fussing.It’s rare that I ever write a five star review, but this product is absolutely amazing. I don’t know anyone that has used one that doesn’t feel the same. A truly great product, and worth the price!
