I love these for rustic events. They are lightweight so don't put them outside without first putting the food on them or they will blow everywhere on a windy day. I like that they are bigger than the typical spoon size appetizer holder so they can hold a little more - they're nice to put a dollop of cheese grits, topped by a shrimp or two, or a dollop of some kind of dip. I haven't tried baking in them yet, but I feel like you could. Inexpensive and attractive.

These hold up to any food; even whipped cream and oily fritters. Love that these are compostable and a material and shape that is out of the ordinary. Looks beautiful and is functional!

this item was too small and unstable to use for anything we could think of. the medium and large sizes were good. if you are putting food in them as we were, we felt it needed to be lined with a wax paper to ensure no seepage or leakage. we used a natural color wax paper to blend with the boat.

We used these at our wedding in lieu of the waxed paper baskets our food truck wanted (we were using bamboo plates too). The held shrimp and grits really well - no issues with leaking. For a more viscous type service, these work well. In fact, the food-truck owner asked where we bought them so they could use them for future wedding catering.

These were way too small

I really love these bamboo leaf boats! I use them for my caterings when I do a mashed potato bar. They are just the perfect size. It also causes quite a discussion! I love using different things in my catering and this has been a hit!
