Had to buy refills right away
The pen it self look as it was described but I had to press refill for all the tips as I’ve received it. None of them works. Only managed to get a touch of black pen out. That was diagnosing as it’s a gift and have to wait almost a week to get refills and pay extra money.

Maybe not the real thing?
Delivered quickly. Plain box with no Cross instructions, guarantee or logos. Refills did not work which is not what you expect of Cross. It is a nice pen and the mechanism works well. Not sure it is genuine though.

Oltre alla sua bellezza questa penna ha una caratteristica particolare: nella sua scocca si possono trovare due refill a sfera (di base nero e rosso, ma sostituibili a piacimento), un portamina da 0,5 mm, una penna touch screen e una gomma da lapis. Assolutamente consigliato.

Very disappointed.
Was very disappointed in the pen when it arrived. The pencil & red ink didn't work, there were no instructions included in the package. Returned the pen since it didn't work.
