I have had Clever Fox planners before but this is my first wellbeing one. I like how it is undated so you can start and stop to fit in your life. There are monthly pages for measurements and goals then weekly pages for short term priorities and daily log pages. You can use these how you like and don't have to fill in everything, just what you are focusing on. Stickers in the back envelope make it fun. There are black pants in the back for notes too. Overall really good value.

It is a quality product for someone who is mainly interested in using it as a weight loss journal/tracker. I wanted more of a wellness journal, with hints & tips for overall wellbeing. In saying that this is an excellent product for someone completely into weight loss tracking.

I love this although it is complicated, the monthly review pages are all at the front, they should be every 4 weeks Every 7 days there is a weekly goal page. There are book marks to mark which page you are on so it is a little bit easier. There is a how to use guide but it is very basic & those are the parts I could have worked out myself. A more detailed guide of how to use the diary would have been helpful.

I use my fitness pal as counting calories carbs and proteins writing it down makes it easier to look back at and see what’s good on certain days helped me so far and 6 months will keep me motivated

Never purchased something like this before and I’m really pleased I did. It has a really nice quality feel to it and makes me want to really take care of it (lol). Bought as a tool to help turn my life around as I think it will be really handy having somewhere to record my day to day goals / successes as well as my long term goals. I want to be more mindful of my actions and create a healthier lifestyle / habits so hopefully this will really aid that - thank you!
