no grounds in my mouth. perfect for one person

Q: Can you put it in the dishwasher?

Probably, although mine is in constant use and spent coffee grounds are rinsed out and it is refilled immediately.

Q: Is it microwave safe? Obviously excluding the mesh filter and metal plunger. I'm looking to heat up milk to foam it.

I’ve only used it to brew coffee. It is great for this. It does a large mug of coffee
