Worked perfectly and not too heavy
I used this to drive some 6 ft T posts into the ground. I tapped them in a little first and then used driver to slam them in. It worked fast and was much easier than I expected. I'm a middle aged woman who doesn't like to wait around for help. Problem solved! I also used this driver "upside down" on smaller metal posts that had crossbars that would not allow the full depth of the driver and that worked well too. People will want to borrow it; be sure to let them buy you a beer for the favor.

Great for metal fences
It's heavy and sturdy. I hammered down 10 metal posts easily and it didn't get even one scratch

Exactly what I needed but ran into shipping issues
The product is perfect for what I needed. I use it to drive T-posts into the ground for target shooting and it does it with ease. The handles are a comfortable size/shape and the paint quality is good. My issue was shipping. My first order attempt never arrived because apparently the package got destroyed. When my second order arrived, I understood why. It was in a thinly walled cardboard box with minimal padding. It was torn in multiple areas and I was surprised that it actually made it to me. I took off 1 star in my overall rating because of that. Simply padding the inside with some paper may have kept the item from shifting around so much and destroying the box. If you order this item from this seller, keep in mind that there may be shipping delays.

I should have bought one of these years ago
Whether driving T-posts or tubing fence posts, this makes quick work of setting them. I found the 12# weight perfect for me. Yes, you can purchase heavier drivers, but you better not skip arm day at the gym.
