Good product, light weight and sleek. I used it for more than a year but then stopped working.

I would have given it -ve points if I could. Had starting problems from the beginning. Used it for 6 months and it stopped working. As it was under warranty I gave it to Jayanagar service center - SLN enterprises for repair. The service center guy took it for repair and said it will either take 1 week or 4 week. Unless I followed up with him, he didn’t have the courtesy to call back and provide an update. He had to send it to Mumbai for repair and he did it after 4 weeks. Post this, it was in the Mumbai service Center for 2 more months and all this while there was only one way communication happening. I had to make several repeated calls to get an update. I was finally told I will get a replacement in 2 weeks which remained constant for the entire duration of 2 months. Finally when I raised a complaint, it was only then the Braun service center realised that they didn’t have enough stock of the product and offered me gift voucher in return for a full refund. When I demanded for another product, they offered an epilator (which I don’t use) and FS1000 which is face epilator. They do not refund you the money and offer these products which are not of your choice.All in all, total waste of money on this product! You have to use AA battery! How regressive!I wouldn’t use it if I got it for free.

It takes lot of time to trim body hair

I was skeptical to order this due to the mixed reviews but my Philips BG1025 (the most basic body groomer from Philips) just stopped trimming after 3 years of use - probably the blades got worn out.So I was on the lookout for a new body trimmer for regular grooming purposes and boy has the market changed - there are so many options and the cost also differs for each item.Now coming to this item from Braun - it's very light and feels like a whiteboard marker in your hand. You can actually hold it like a pen too when you are trimming.I (30+ Male here) used it on intimate areas hair removal like pubic hair, chest hair and underarm hair - works like a charm. If you want to just trim while retaing some (very less) hair growth, it has a comb for that purpose. If you want to trim your hair all out, then use it without the comb, and it does a fine job.I didn't get any nicks or cuts but I suppose on some areas (if you know what I mean) you would get cuts or nicks with any trimmer.The product is unisex and can be used by women too - and I suppose it would do a fine job for the ladies as well.There is a mechanism which allows you to prop up the blade to water to remove any underlying hair stuck in the blade - so easy to clean too.It is waterproof but I usually carry out hair removal in a dry environment so I didn't try that out.It is sleek and the white colour is also nice.I would say go for it!It's better than the Philips BG 1025.

Battery given with product is down

Starting its was good and super after some weeks is not working properly when I tried to trim hair is stopped and changed many batteries and new batteries also now with some weeks it's giving problems waste of money ot this product and better go shop and buy good not online not good my opinion giving more price and in it not worth for that and don't waste your money by this product others wise go for company products like Philips etc thank you sad for this product

This one you can use without any fear even on your private parts or underarm. Protective softplastic head is there, to be attached on top. It’s a very user-friendly tool for hairy people. Onecan also use this instead of razors. The product saves a hell lot of money, unwanted cuts,time and energy.It is so easy on your skin you will not believe. To top it, you use it as a replacement towaxing. Best part is that cleaning the instrument is totally easy. In fact, if you want you canshave your whole body in just about ten minutes. That is how effective this product is.I would like to mention some key facts that I experience while using the product. Firstly, ithas such a compact design. Secondly, it is surprisingly small in size that can fit in all sorts ofbag. I strongly feel that this product is made to suit all our manly needs.

I used it twice and now it no longer works. (It crashed maybe because I used it while showering but then it is not as waterproof as advertised)Battery operated.Slow though it is sublime. It takes a lot of time for effective Hair removal.There are better Products available
