Good game
Great game for potter fans except it's tiny suitable for a stocking filler

For Harry Potter fans
Who doesn't love Harry Potter?Well, me, to be fair. But then I'm probably not the target market for this game. Unlike my 7 year old grandson, who is. And who loves board and card games. This is quite a simple and fast paced game - my 5 year old grandaughter joined in as well. It's a bit like snap but you are turning your cards over at the same time. She needed a little help with the Quaffle cards, which require sharp eyes to spot the match, so it's good to have an adult overseeing the game - and they were happy to play several games in a row.Cards games are great because they are so portable so this is a great game to slip in a bag and play at the park during a picnic, or at a friends or grandparents.Reasonably priced for a Harry Potter card game I think.

Same game, different packaging!!!! (used to be in yellow, plastic case).
This seems to be a re-release of an already existing Harry Potter card game. It is the exact same as the already existing Quidditch Tryouts card game but they have changed the packaging. It used to be a yellow plastic case and now it is thick cardboard. So if you already own a Quidditch tryouts card game, just know this is the same but re-packaged!!The game itself is quick and easy to pick up. It is a 2-4 player game and each round is fairly quick (maybe 10 minutes or so). You'll probably play a few rounds one after the other. We usually do best of 3 or something of the sort to declare the official winner of the session.

Harry Potter Card Game - Quidditch Tryouts
My daughter is utterly obsessed with Harry Potter so, to be honest, this was going to be a hit with her no matter how good it was, but I shall be objective, even if she wasn't.This is a nicely boxed card game - containing sixty cards in all, along with an instruction booklet. It is aimed at ages 5+, for 2-4 players, and takes about ten minutes to play. The idea is to match your Quaffle cards to the goalpost cards - the Quaffles and goalposts have coloured rings and so you need to match all the colours on the goalposts and you get to keep the card and the points. There are also two snitch cards floating around, so you need to keep an eye out for those too.The game is fairly fast moving. It's a little like playing Snap, but turning your cards at the same time. Once each player turns over a Quaffle card you need to look at the coloured ring/rings and try to find a matching goalpost quickly. It would be harder for younger players, as the goalposts can have a combination of colours, so you may need two or three Quaffle cards to match them all, but it isn't demanding for older players. Our game became quite noisy and my daughter said she enjoyed playing and liked the Harry Potter themed cards. Nice quality and good fun.

ok as a very occasional game but not as good as others in the range
Buy cludo or monopoly from the same range
