Poorly made piece of junk

I just recieved the case yesterday as a gift and it worked great out of the box, I used it then charged it over night but when I went to use it the next day, my phone would not function properly only when the case was on. It is intermittently allowing touch screen inputs but as soon as you turn the charging function off, the phone works just fine. If someone has a fix for this I would be glad to hear it but for now I have to give the case 2/5 stars because it breaks the phone when in opperation.

Went out on a boating trip with the wife and her phone was dead. She has an s21 and I have the s21ultra. Her phone fit into the case and was able to charge it so it didn't die. And we got to continue on with our trip. Glad I had this! I wouldn't reccomend this for everyday use, as it's a battery case and makes the phone bulky. But if you're going somewhere where you need a longer charge, I definitely reccomened it. Even a hiking trip. I plan on brining it there next.
