Not 1 inch NPT ends, rather 30mm suspected BSP threads
Description inadequate or erroneous. Description reads 1 inch as expected diameter of threaded ends. Actual threaded ends diameter is 32mm (1.25" nominal), plus appears to be BSP spec not NPT as expected.. Most of similar listed items appear to be BSP threads; many do not show/indicate actual end diameter or thread specs. (many are BSP spec.). Otherwise quality appears good without being utilized.

DID NOT WORK
Set up with male and female fittings on 1/2 inch ends and tight fitting tube on suction and tried to pull water from a one gallon container. Wanted to get rate of injection with home water hose flow. Did not work. After several minutes and different flow rates slowly pulled up and suction tube empty so obviously does not work. Checked flow direction and was ok.

don't waste your money
It will not and does not work on any long hose, must be a short 10' hose or less. There are much better designs out there.
