Update: now it's time for filter replacement, and the service teams have no knowledge or information of this ten-year free replacement scheme, and I have emails from Daikin itself mentioning everything, but they aren't listen. Daikin has been absolutely terrible to deal with, and they can't be trusted with any offer.Activated carbon filters get saturated way too quickly in my experience, and I do have a cheaper Philips one to compare. Replacing them every 3 months is actually way more expensive than HEPA filters.Lifetime odor filter is super!! It's also pretty quiet. Way, way less noise even at turbo in comparison. It lacks an ambient sensor for display lights, which is bummer. Philips has that. That said, the sensors for dust and odor are good, and they have more range at top and bottom. Actually numerical display is just a gimmick. It isn't accurate and general idea is good enough.Overall, pretty happy. The flash streamer is actually effective and safer as it's not releasing ions in the air.Releasing of ions in environment is unnecessary though, so if you go for MC55 for more airflow, just turn that off.Get it while the lifetime HEPA filter is on. Highly recommended. Most cost effective product in the market when you add in the costs of filters.

Bought this air purifier for mom. Has excellent dust and odour suction ability. Comfortable for a bedroom. One can clearly feel the difference in air quality between the room in which it is working and outside. Happy to purchase this

I am updating an important thing about this product. They don't have hepa filter replacement for diakin air purifier. So once the filter gets clogged the purifier is useless.

They won’t replace filter for 2 years - and there is no option to buy one - as it’s unavailable! Enjoy !

It's been two years I am using this and now the time is to replace the filters .. filter hepa is not available and no response from Daikin ..

Sleek, silent, elegant and felt very effective. I could feel the difference when I came out of the room and again went inside.
