Somehow too big for my feet but they are cute and got a heel insert to help with fit. Quite loud but I enjoy them

Far too uncomfortable!! Despite ordering 8W, the shoe was too short lengthwise AND too narrow around my toes. Whatever "vegan leather" may be, I can tell you it does NOT have any give like actual leather does. I had to return them.

These shoes fit nicely and very comfortable BUT they are very loud! I wore these to a new workplace and everyone could hear me coming! Very embarrassing! Everyone else’s shoes were quiet in comparison. There is definitely something in the heel(?) that echo off the floor, especially hard surface tile or laminate. I hope the company fixes this as the shoes are very nice.

I too love these shoes, but they run small in length, and a little wide in width.I bought a 10 narrow in white. They immediately were pinching my toes and a bit big in the heel. Putting inserts in the heel only made the length that much tighter. (10 is normally just a hair too long for me.)Additionally, though not as wide as a medium/B-width would have been, they were just a little wider than a AA width. Everything else about the shoe was so nice. Classic style, not too tall a heel, white. I’m afraid if I get an 11 narrow, it will be that much wider too. Always filling shoes with inserts to make them fit right. :(
