6-month each. Zero smudge/ mechanism issues.
Instant dry. Black black color. Rigid plastic Clip is with metal spring. Clip goes over shirts, books, etc. Love it. Best pen I ever used. Sarasa type R by zebra. They have other ink colors. See my photos for refill type. Don't lose spring when open it. Rubber grip stays unchanged after 6 months daily use.
