Super impressed! We ordered this yesterday at about 1:00 in the afternoon and it arrived UPS today at about 1:00 in the afternoon! Easy to put together and my nephew who has stage 4 stomach cancer is on the road again! I have to say we had a really bad experience with another company here on Amazon: We ordered a scooter that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, well it turned out to be a scam. Amazon refunded our money & when they were doing that I asked the supervisor to help me pick one from a reputable dealer in the USA and this is what we chose. I am thrilled! AAAAA+++++

The scooter was very easy to assemble and simple for my 97 year old mother to operate. It is easily adjustable in the seat elevations and the arm supports. The front and back handles make it easy to lift in and out of our car's back hatch storage area. We specifically chose this four wheel type of scooter to help with balance concerns. We highly recommend this item.

Oh boy my mobility cart arrived and simple set up, fully charged and ready to go. I own a KIA Soul and have nomal space in rear hatch. I removed the seat and battery and lifted it up with a little help. The front and back of the scooter have very stable hand holds. Now the seat wasn't built for the best comfort but considering I only paid $499.00 if you have mobility issues forget medicare or insurance. Amazon will let you pay over 6 Mos.Still satisfied after a month. There are issues with turning radius in doors. Remember 1 important thing. If you need to get around this will do it.During a trip to Buloxi I noticed in the casino there were a lot of this brand. I still highly recommended this mobility cart.Lastly I have a kia soul and if I take out the battery 1st I can get it in the Hatchback .Thanks Harold Risch

I was very upset with this purchase. I brought it for my Mom to get around the Disney parks. We were excited that it was not to heavy, it took two of us to lift, and it was nice. We were very disappointed that it wouldn't stop beeping once we inserted the key. I sent messages, emailed, and called the seller. One thing I can say is that they responded and tried to help diagnose the issue. However, they kept providing the same resolution which did not work. I went to a local mobility scooter store for advice and was told to ask if the seller has a technician in the area. The seller explained that the beeping helps them to diagnose the problem, so technician information was not provided. I asked if they could replace the battery, but they gave me instructions for going to a battery store or ordering a new battery from them. Both options would be out of pocket costs for me. I was extremely disappointed and my Mom was frustrated. She told me to send it back! Unfortunately, that venture resulted in the loss of hundreds of dollars, even as a Prime member because I had to pay to ship it back and pay a restocking fee! The battery was defective when the product was sent. I should not have to pay for that! Very frustrated and disappointed!!!

My wife likes it in many ways. But u need to take the key out of it so it does not beep at u. It is small for the size in the foot well and could be just a bite longer or built it to the person size.But over all it maneuvers right for a home that is not ADA compliant.The last thing is it does have the built in lights and that is a very strong plus for it and wish they was a bite brighter.It’s a bite low for my doorway so my wife has to have an indoor ramp to be able to exit the home to go outside.

Stopped working less than 2 years after I bought it. Nice scooter and really enjoyed it. Disappointed that it didn't last longer.

Seems to work as it should

The Scooter came packaged very good!My husband put a few pieces together and battery was already mostly charged. But we charged it fully. With a hip, knee and foot injury, It helps give me more freedom to get around. I initially wanted the color Blue but it was sold out. A minor issue really for it was just a personal preference. The red is bright and gets a lot of attention. I have two led lights, a horn, battery monitor, a speed dial from turtle to rabbit. hahahaha The basket will certainly serve its purpose. Has good stability and good turning ratios. The tiller was adjusted towards front to give more room. I can parallel this one better than my SUV.A good product and value.
