It's a high quality product. Value for money. Better than other office chair, ingot at almost same price. This is even more comfortable than expensive version costing 20 k. I use it everyday as I mostly Work from home.

Very bad product. Life is not more than 3 months. The chair broke from the joint while I was sitting on it. Not only a bad product, but could be harmful to you as well. I got 3 years of warranty with the product. No use of it as when I raised a complaint, they kept stalling saying take a proper video of where it is broken and that they will send parts, u have to get it repaired. At one point they also said complain to Amazon.Save your money (and your back) and don’t buy this product.

Chair is of high quality, soft cushions, good recline. Handles are strong and it looks perfect in every way. I have been using it from quite a few months at my home. My husband loves sitting on it and is a perfect one for our work table.
