Bought this for my Brompton bike and it works great. It is a little fiddly to fit but the process is easy and the product is very lightweight. The quality seems pretty good so far. All parts of the product that fix to, or rest on, the bike have silicone/rubber pads to protect the paintwork. This has worked fine so far, with no noticeable marks or scratches. Once fitted the seat is generally quite stable but you do need to be mindful of your little one being balanced in the middle and not leaning too far to one side or the other.It is a bit pricey, but overall I would recommend it. This seems like the best, reasonably priced product of this kind that I’ve been able to find.

Having a child seat with the child in front of you is a much better experience for both the rider and the child. The seat itself is well designed and robust and makes it very easy to transfer from one bike to another. That means it’s used by more people on more bikes and more fun for the child. Our grandson who is 2.5 years old loves it.

Replaced a kids ride shotgun seat with this.It’s really well made. Really easy to fit. Stays in place.I’d prefer the top bar to be adjustable but for the price I can’t complain.

Worked well for our sturdy 4-year old. Some small scratches on the seat post but nothing major. Would have gotten 5 stars if there was a way to extend a little and have the child closer to the handle bars and if the mechanism to lock against the seat post didn't have a bolt sticking out of it and rubbing off your leg regularly. Overall very happy to recommend.

I absolutely love this product. It has been perfect for getting my 5 year old to school with a 10 minute cycle from home. It is easy to use and setup and very efficient in its quick release and storage with carrier bag provided. My son loves going on the saddle also and is actually excited (for now :D) to be going to school when on it.I had one issue (of my own creation) with a latch but on contacting the seller they were very helpful in me self-serving a solution.I know I may only get a year out of it with him, but is has been so much more cost effective than some of the other solutions out there I see parents take their kids to school on, and I will get use out of it again with my 3 year old.Thank you for a great product, and I would recommend it to all in looking for a kid carrier solution like this.

My 2.5 year old loved getting it out of the box, thinking the contents were now ‘her bike’. We gave it a quick trial go (before wanting to take it to Center Parcs) and it was a bit nervy. I was worried as it didn’t really feel like our little one was safe - she could just take her hands off the bars and plummet to her doom. But we took it on holiday anyway and tried the next day. After about 15 mins together we were flying! As cheesy as it sounds, the seat brought me and my daughter close together - it was lovely being able to chat in her ear as we cycled through the forest. She was 100% safe and could even take a hand off the bars without feeling dodgy.Great bit of kit - really pleased with it and will be taking her out lots more! : )A very happy customer (and daughter - and wife!!)

The item itself is fantastic. Very lightweight, portable and strong. Just what you need with kids seats.Unfortunately, I didnt realise that you can only install it in certain position until we received it. It fitted into my bike no problem, but sadly due to my height (asian mom 5ft tall) I didnt fit into the bike. It was dangerous having it.I have a womans bike that has a v shape which is perfect for my little legs. With the seat installed, I could barely touch the floor. Cycling would be no issue but stopping was nasty. I wished the legth of the bar was also adjustable to accommodate my height.When I tested it to see if it was doable, my childs shoes was grinding the wheels when I turned too. Due to this, I regrettably am returning it for safety aspect instead. I am gutted that the frame caused a lot of scratch marks on my new bike.So if your short like me, or shorter. Its not for us!

This seat comes complete and takes literally minutes to attach onto the bike. I was worried that my two and a half year old daughter wouldn't feel safe riding unsupported as she had a rear-mounted chair style seat with restraints before, but she feels safe and it is a much more interactive way of riding. I feel pretty safe riding with her, but I do need to point my knees out a bit and had to lower my seat down so that my feet can touch the floor, but it is pretty comfortable to ride.It is really easy and quick to attach and detach the seat, so my partner and I can easily swap it between our bikes, and I leave it with the childminder when I drop my daughter off as it folds down quite small and is unobstructive, and you get a drawstring bag to put it in. It is very secure once it's attached, and does seem like it will last a long time. Handlebars and foot rests are also part of it, so no need to buy or attach anything extra.I had thought originally that the price was a bit steep, but now that we've used the seat for a couple of weeks I think that it was worth it, even if purely for the innovation which allows for such fuss-free cycling. Haven't tried a really long journey yet, partner has taken her for a 40min ride and her only complaint was that she was cold because he forgot to bring her gloves! I would certainly recommend this product for anyone who wants to cycle with their toddler.
