Love, love!
I purchased these for my 9 year old budding artist of a granddaughter, and we both love them. The colors are vibrant and easy to color and shade with, and the way they are packaged puts all other colored pencils to shame. Each little box in the package contains 12 pencils in that particular color range, and you just pop the pencil you want out of its little slot and pop it back in when you're done. This makes it so easy to be neat and organized. Contains every color you could want, and no more missing, messy pencils! You know exactly where the color you want is by what's on the box -- I'm not exaggerating when I say that the storage system here is revolutionary. Get these pencils.

Amazing
I got this set for myself and love the set. These pencils are a soft core and I have had no breaks in the pencil even when sharping the pencil. I wish there was a bigger set of these.

Breakage
The first thing I noticed was the pencils moved around a lot in the envelope the came in. Then I used them and I really like the high pigments and they layed down nice. But, then I had to sharpen them and half a pencil later I could begin to color again. But then, the pencil broke some more. I thought ok, maybe it was just this pencil, nope many of them kept breaking after sharpening. I do not believe I will ever buy these again, mainly cause I won't get too many pages done because they will be nubs in no time.

Nice for color mapping.
I love these pencils. The colors are great, and varied. I am using them as an undercoat for my pictures. I have not had any problems with sharpened thus far. I love the packaging, and would purchase again. One complaint - the names of the colors are not on the pencil. There are only numbers , and I do not think these are the sort of pencils one purchases through open stock.

Great pencils, not so great packaging.
Satisfied with the quality of the pencils. They later well and the amount of color put down on each player is definately better than all of the other off brand "artist grade" pencils I have. Excellent product for the price. I am however disappointed with the quality of the packaging. The individual cases they go in just feel cheap. There are elastic straps that hold the cover shut and they are extremely delicate. The first one I opened broke and then rest feel like they could snap at any time. Also, inside the cases the pencils are loose so if not careful, they'll spill out easily. I think that the 72 pack that comes in the tin case would have been a much more practical option at the same price. Most likely will be trading them in for those.

Quality, Colors, and great price!
love how easy it is to color with these and get good saturation. Also really like the shade variation which makes it nice to blend or graduate the color. I just wish they made a sister set to go with these that would expand the colors and coordinate with these! I took them to a coloring party and everyone wanted to borrow them and said they were impressed with the colors, quality and price! Highly recommend.

60 colors organized in a neat way, feel smooth and are comfortable to draw/color/blend.
My kid really likes these colored pencils. Nice granular control of color gradients when illustrating with the pencils organized into sets by water, metal, earth, etc. most importantly he likes how they feel on the paper.Medium hardness and smooth lead allows fine control of color for drawing and blending. There are 60 different colors, 5 boxes of 12 pencils. Each box has a tray for the pencils, and closes securely with a elastic strap. The 5 boxes fit securely into the main box for storage, display or traveling.

Absolutely Horrible
I ordered these pencils because i needed more pencils of certain colors, like more blues and grays. Well when I saw the “metal”-labeled box I thought awesome, more gray. That particular box was mostly brown. My second major issue was just the pencil quality. The lead broke AS I sharpened them, repeatedly. I spent more time trying to sharpen these pencils than I actually did using them. I gave up and ordered markers!
