I use this everytime I wash my hair and my childrens hair. We have very dry hair and dry scalp, Leaves hair very soft and moisturized, if you put too much it can be too oily/greasy. Apply a dot not a lot.

This one actaully smells GOOD !!!
This is a great product for my hair (thick but no body). It does not have a horrible smell likethe other Cantu 'leave in' conditioner has. That one was just gowd-awful.
