Does the job and like most Cross pens it is backed by a lifetime warranty.Any repairs are covered and this is explained in the guide enclosed with the pen.I have had other Cross pens repaired in the past free of charge.

Little disappointed with this pen. When purchased I new I wasn’t spending a great deal of money, but as it was cross I thought it would still be of some quality..Sadly the pen feels very cheap in the hand, notably light weight, plastic, slippery in the hand, not nice to write with, scratches on contact with paper. Uses an incredible amount of ink even with standard use??Money better spent on a different pen I think.

This is a really nice looking pen and, as it uses quality refills, writes very well.The only problem is that Cross refills appear to be in short supply. Hardly anyone stocks them and when they do, they charge over £8 each for them (the last time I bought some Cross refills, about 2 years ago, they were £8 for three).The pen doesn't take the 'compatible' refills that you see for sale.

As you’d expect from a Cross pen these are great pens to write with, but I’ve had a couple of these particular style now and the clip bends and weakens after a few months which has lead to me losing mine after they’ve dropped out of my trouser pocket at work. Worth spending a little more from the Cross range to get a pen that will last longer.
