Very strong flavor, so I only use a small amount. Have used the same tube for over 18 months, and it is still going!

It is hard to squeeze the toothpaste out, because it is so dense.

I have fought dum disease for many years with cleanings 4 times a year and even gum surgery. I have been using Ayurdent for about 6 months and at a recent checkup my dentist could not believe how much my gums had improved. No bleeding, no swelling, just nice and pink! This is the only change I made, so I am confident it is due to this miraculous toothpaste.

It tastes fine, and it's good for my gums, but the glycerin leaves a film on my teeth, they never feel quite clean. I had to brush a lot more often to get rid of icky build-up. Not very good at plaque removal.
