There's a variety of nail sizes so you can usually find something that finds that fits your nail pretty well. If their nails are pretty petite I would say probably search for something that is more "teen" or "child" specific and that could help because in the black variety I purchased from this brand I wasn't able to file them at all to fit my nail shape.

use a orange stick and lift from the cuticle or use acetone nail polish remover.

Q: Would these fit a wide nail bed?

Yes! I have pretty wide nails/medium sized nails for a woman and they had lots of different sizes in the pack to make sure they fit all the fingers.

Q: Can you use super glue on them

Don't. It'll eat your nail away. Only use Nail Glue. But with the adhesives, they're really strong where you won't need glue. My nail with adhesive stayed on without moving for over 2 weeks.
