I have LG model : GF-5D712SL, and usually using LG genuine water filter.This time, I tried to use a difference brand to see if it might be a saving for me.I ordered a pack of 3 filters and tried to put the first one in and the next day to found out there are water falling right behind the holder part of the filter. Tried some difference ways but the result is unchanged !I had to disable the ice making function of the fridge and it seems to fix the problems. I thought it was the fridge ice making thing which caused the leaking but no , it was not !!I just bought 2 genuine LG filter and fit them in last week. Turned on the Ice making function and there is no leaking at all !! not a single drop !! it has been running well for a week now.There must be something wrong with the water pressure which Filterlogic can stands, then after that limit, there will be a waterleak.Trying to contact Filterlogic now, and see how it goes.

I make it a habit to buy a three pack of these every year. This is my second purchase of these filters/brand from this company and I will definitely buy from them again.These are a little more than 1/3 the price of a single "Official LG" branded filter (https://www.amazon.com/LG-LT800P-Refrigerator-Compatible-Refrigerators/dp/B00X3DWMS4/ref=sr_1_3), and work just as well if not better.Edit: I noticed people are posting reviews saying this is the wrong one for their fridge.I have an LSXS26366S Side-By-Side Refrigerator w/ Door-in-Door and these filters work with it.According to my owner's manual, these LT800P Filters will work in these LG models too:LSXC22326 | LSXC22336 | LSXC22386LSXS26326 | LSXS26336 | LSXS26366 | LSXS26386LSXS26466GS73SDD | GS73SDS | GS73SGGGS74SDS | GS74SGS

Easy install and very economical. But if you measure water quality city water has 337 TDS whereas water from the fridge after the filter installed and after discarding 3 gallons it’s 331TDS. Not much difference. I have an under the sync RO system and the quality is 20 TDS. I was hoping the water quality to be much higher than 331 TDS somewhere along 75 to 100 TDS. But disappointing. I don’t know if LG branded one is any better. I initially thought the filter cartridge maybe defective and changed one more as it comes with 3 pack. But no change

I bought this great filter for my LG (model number LSXS26326S/02) and it works just fine.Last time I bought the filter from LG for the same price but this time the price was doubled. So I decided to give FilterLogic a chance especially that they sell three filters for the old price of LG.The filter was changed almost a week ago and no issues. Pretty happy with my purchase since it’s a pretty awesome deal. Strongly recommend it!

This product worked as advertised. It fit fine in to my LG refrigerator as a replacement. I began having issues, after a repair to my refrigerators cooling system, getting enough water to my ice and water dispenser.I had bought these on Amazon as I struggled to get them in my local hardware store. I checked my refrigerator model, found the replacements, ordered and they arrived as expected. Once I figured out how to get the old one out, the new one fit right back in. The next day I checked and everything was back to normal. I do not know how long these will last, but so far so good.
