These are very water soluble and great!
That pic is the oil pastels over and old watercolour, I just drew in a little Color and blended with water. Good blending.Fun. You really can use water. The only thing is I wish for more colors, but you can mix them. I put them in little pots and use like watercolor. I love these.

NOT super soft water soluble
Bought for 6 year old. They were upset that the colours were hard to apply and damaged their paper with pressure. Its annoying when products don't deliver what they promise

Awful!
As usual I checked the reviews to see if I was going to get value for money. Well, these "water soluble" oil pastels are about as water soluble as my doc martins. Item was duly returned, which was really easy and painless - thank you Amazon. I tried them several different ways, with a brush straight of the tip, drawing on paper then using a brush etc. They just don't do what they are supposed to. Shame.
