Fan broke - fell off!
January 2023 update...The company reached out to me & sent a new fan. This one has been hanging outside for an entire year without fail. We like it, but do not love it. It is not high powered, but a breeze. The switch does not have an on/off button. You can slide to adjust the fan speed, sliding it all the way down until it stops. The button that looks like an on/off button only starts & stops oscillating the fan. We must tell all of our friends how to turn it on/off because everyone thinks the oscillating switch is on/off. 🤦‍♀️Update Oct 2022I received a new fan from the manufacturer. 🎉🎉 I had a professional to install this fan as well. Therefore, I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I will wait to see if this fan holds up.***********************************Our fan was installed by a professional licensed electrician during a major renovation. It is mounted on a wall, near the ceiling, on our covered back porch. When we moved back into our home, we invited friends over, turned on the fan, and the caged part fell off the mount.After closer inspection, we saw that the metal was broken. We can't just put the fan back up on the mount. I'm so disappointed. I really wanted this fan to work out for us - especially at almost 400 dollars.I cannot return to Amazon because the return window closed during our remodel. The manufacturer does not deal directly with the public. I must go through the seller & I have not received a response from the seller as of this posting.Find another fan!

Don’t buy rattled so loud you can’t use it.
Super bad rattling sound. Like the blade is bent. Bought this for our new home and couldn’t be more displeased. If I could give zero stars I would.

Do not buy this fan!
This fan is so awful to install it took my husband almost a full day to install. It has many issues and for a $380 fan it should of been super easy. We considered sending back but were already committed to install before we realised it was awful. So many problems I cannot list here. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED.

Product was clearly open box and previously mounted. Sold as new.

False advertising not suitable for outdoors
Beware, this fan is not suited for outdoors even though the description says it is. It is only damp rated like in a bathroom setting. Very disappointed.
